About Me
Hey there! My name is Drew McCarthy, I've been working as a Database Administrator and Software Engineer in the healthcare industry since 2010. My primary focus is on full-stack web development using .NET Core.
I've led the development of several .NET Core applications which includes designing and developing every layer of the application. I've used both Oracle and SQL Server databases and have written plenty of PL/SQL and T-SQL. On the application side I've used a variety of technologies with .NET including Dapper ORM, consuming WCF web services and REST endpoints and testing them in Postman, as well as writing modern and responsive HTML with Bootstrap CSS, vanilla JS, and JQuery.
